SOZO is a Christ-centered apparel brand rooted in faith, identity, and intentional design. Each collection is created to carry meaning and reflect the walk with God through elevated, thoughtful garments.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. After shipment, delivery usually takes 6-14 business days depending on your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 6–14 business days from the date they are processed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Are your items made to order?

Many SOZO products are made to order. This allows us to create intentionally and reduce unnecessary waste, but it can also affect fulfillment timelines.

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sozokingdom.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at info@sozokingdom.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing, but we will do our best to help.
