Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with SOZO.

If you are not satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date your order shows as delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • unused
  • in original condition
  • free of damage, stains, odors, or excessive wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be approved for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many SOZO pieces are made to order, the following may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • final sale items
  • discounted clearance items
  • gift cards
  • customized or personalized items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sozokingdom.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work to make it right through a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email info@sozokingdom.com with:

  • your full name
  • order number
  • the item(s) you would like to return
  • the reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide next steps.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, return instructions and shipping details will be provided.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please request a return for the original item and place a new order.
