Thank you for shopping with SOZO. Each order is prepared with care. Because many of our products are made to order, processing and delivery times may be longer than standard retail fulfillment.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipment.

During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

After fulfillment, standard shipping typically takes 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Estimated total delivery time for most orders is:

13–22 business days from the date the order is placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Any available shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website at the time of purchase.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

SOZO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sozokingdom.com.

We will do our best to help before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information. You may also reach out to us at info@sozokingdom.com, and we will do our best to assist.

SOZO is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen after carrier handoff, but we will make every reasonable effort to help you resolve the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available at checkout depending on location.

Delivery times and customs processing may vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their destination country.
